This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit www.lafleurelectrical.com (the “Site”), contact us, request a proposal, apply for employment, or otherwise do business with us.
LaFleur is a subsidiary of The R.H. White Companies. Information you provide to us may be shared with our parent company and affiliates as described in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you choose to give us, including:

Project and inquiry information — the content of messages you send us, project descriptions, facility locations, scopes of work, drawings or specifications you transmit, service requests, and emergency-service details.

Commercial and billing information — purchase orders, contract documents, invoicing and remittance details, and payment records associated with work we perform.

Employment application information — resumes, work history, licenses and certifications, references, and any other materials you submit in connection with a position.

2.3 Information From Other Sources
We may receive information about you from business partners, general contractors, engineering firms, municipal clients, prequalification and bidding platforms, credit reporting agencies, and publicly available sources, where relevant to a project or business relationship.
2.4 Sensitive Information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or similar sensitive data through our web forms. Where such information is genuinely required — for example, in connection with onboarding a new employee or a prequalification submission — we will collect it through a secure channel and use it only for the stated purpose.
2.5 Children
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Parent company and affiliates — with The R.H. White Companies and affiliated entities for shared administrative, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and equipment and fleet support functions.

These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

Project participants — with owners, municipalities, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors as reasonably necessary to bid, coordinate, perform, and close out work.

Insurers, sureties, and professional advisors — with our insurance carriers, bonding companies, auditors, and legal counsel.

Project and contract records associated with construction work are typically retained for extended periods consistent with applicable statutes of limitation and repose. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable measures.

8.1 How to Submit a Request

Please include enough detail for us to locate your information and to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 45 days, and may extend that period where permitted by providing notice to you.
8.2 Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authority and may separately verify your identity.
8.3 Verification
To protect your information, we verify requests before acting on them. We may ask you to confirm information already in our records. We cannot fulfill a request if we are unable to verify that you are the person to whom the information relates.
9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not exchange personal information for money. However, our use of certain analytics and advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other state laws. To opt out:

LaFleur operates in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and the Site is intended for users in the United States. Information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and may be accessed by our service providers in other jurisdictions. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
